Dr. JS Badenhorst

Dr. Badenhorst was born in the Cape Province, South Africa and graduated in 1988 from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. After an internship in Windhoek, Namibia, Dr. Badenhorst served a two year term in the military, with 8 months of intensive anaesthetic training. He started his own family practice in Swellendam, South Africa in 1991, offering a variety of anaesthetic and surgical procedures. In 2000, Dr. Badenhorst and his family moved to Prince Albert, SK, before moving to Red Deer, AB in 2003 to join Dr. Swarts in a family practice. Dr. Badenhorst and Dr. Swarts opened Aesthetic Solutions in 2008. Dr. Badenhorst is also the owner of Clearview Medical Clinic which he opened in 2013.

Dr. Peter Swarts

Born and raised in Namibia, Dr. Peter Swarts graduated from Medical School in 1988 at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. He practiced as a family physician with special interest in surgical procedures in Cape Town, South Africa until 1998, after which he moved to Drayton Valley, Alberta to join a family practice. Dr. Swarts settled in Red Deer in 2003, where he is currently the owner of Easthill Medical Center. He has received extensive training in a wide range of medical aesthetics treatment modalities since 2005, and seeks to provide his patients with the best possible treatment options to suit their needs.

Dr. Carin Swartz

Dr. Lize Jones

Dr. Jones graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 1999, and moved to Canada in 2003. In addition to practicing family medicine in Red Deer, Dr. Jones is an experienced injector who has a passion for aesthetic medicine. She Joined the team at Aesthetic Solutions in 2013 and is thrilled to be part of the Allergan Advanced MD Codes Filler training, which is a 6-year exclusive facial restoration education program, presented by Dr. Mauricio de Maio.

Mark Jones

Part of our ownership group, Mark is responsible for all human resource aspects at Aesthetic Solutions. He also deals with advertising, promotions and public relations. Mark joined the clinic in 2014, and brings a wealth of business knowledge to the team.

Jenni Tansky

Jenni is the cheerful, outgoing person that greets you as you come into the clinic. We are thrilled that she joined our clinic in October of 2019 after completing her Medical Office Assistant program. She has a passion for aesthetics and has an extensive background in health and beauty.

Amanda MacInnis

Amanda is a certified medical aesthetician. She joined Aesthetic Solutions in June 2019. Amanda specializes in Coolsculpting, laser skin treatments such as IPL, Affirm skin rejuvenation and hair reduction treatments. Amanda has a true passion for working with people to help them achieve their aesthetic goals.
